Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care in a Level I Trauma Center setting.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and IV infusions in accordance with physician orders
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes to the healthcare team
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
Experience
- Previous experience in ICU or critical care settings preferred
- Proficiency in medication administration and case management
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ambulatory surgery centers and medical offices is a plus
- Familiarity with caring for patients with disabilities is beneficial
- Skill in administering injections and managing complex patient cases
Job Types: Travel nursing, Contract
Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,250.00 per week
