Hiring a full-time RN. Flexible schedule availability including daytime and evening hours Monday - Saturday in clinic locations and in residential facilities are preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Clinical/Client management that will consist of 30% direct care and 70% of medication management and administrative.
- Client appointments including taking vitals, giving injections, calling in prescriptions, symptom management and education
- Assess nature of clients' situations by interviewing and reviewing personal history
- Develop and execute medical individual treatment plans as needed
- Determine appropriate milestones to gauge client progress
- Communicate client updates to all relevant parties
- Collaboration with medical director residential staff and other psychiatrists
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and programs
- Maintain accurate client documentation
Qualifications:
- RN in the state of Ohio
- Previous experience in behavioral health, nursing other related fields
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong leadership qualities
- Self-Starter
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Drivers License & insurance
