The North Conway Grand is currently searching for an on-site Human Resources Manager!
As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing, directing, and managing all human resource functions. You will be very involved with the operations and will assist department managers to ensure a focus on the following areas: guest services, employee relations, schedules/department organization, property appearance, and profit/financial control. You will also coordinate, direct, and manage the staff and everyday hotel operations to achieve profitability, guest satisfaction and efficiency while maintaining standards set by the company.
Candidates must be willing to relocate and/or commute to North Conway, NH.
