The Human Resources Manager primary responsibilities are but not limited to:
- Maintain all HR compliance, laws, and regulations.
- Recruit, select, and hire to meet the proper seasonal staffing levels as outlined by the hotels’ staffing guidelines.
- Manage the seasonal staff arrival and departure schedules as well as the new hire process, orientation, and training schedules.
- Oversee all HR related processes such as performance evaluation, progressive counseling, etc.
- Maintain all general office administration.
- Manage all employee reward and recognition programs as well as all employee benefits including health insurance.
Human Resources Manager qualifications:
- 1 -2 years experience in a human resource position or hotel operations position.
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Maintain confidentiality, exercise patience, and perform well under pressure.
- Demonstrate excellent computer skills.
