North Country Brewing Co, located in Butler, PA, is a renowned brewery known for its popular brews. The company's production facility, North Country Canning Company, was established in 2013. The Harmony Inn was added to our portfolio in 2013.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef at our Harmony Inn location, in the heart of the Historic Harmony District. Our restaurant is known for our German-style menu, as well as Brew Pub favorites. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring high-quality culinary experiences for customers.
Pay is based off of experience.

Qualifications
- Creativity and Uniqueness
- Culinary expertise, menu planning, and food preparation skills
- Experience in leading kitchen operations and managing culinary staff
- Creativity in developing new dishes and menu items
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
- Previous experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef is a plus

- Percentages and costing out menus
- Scheduling and labor control
- Willing to communicate and work with the General Manager
