Licensed Insurance Sales Agent Requirements:
- Property and Casualty license preferred, but not necessary. We will train and help license the right candidate.
- Life and Health license preferred, but not necessary. We will train and help license the right candidate.
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) is a plus.
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Self-motivated
- Proactive in problem solving
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers
- Associate's degree or higher preferred
Licensed Insurance Sales Agent Responsibilities:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
