What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Corrections Case Manager position at North Dakota Corrections & Rehab?
Summary of Work
Facilitate client programs such as T4C and release readiness initiatives. Provide direct support in areas like family issues, crisis intervention, institutional adjustment, and treatment planning. Assist with academic counseling and aftercare coordination. Maintain client statistics, manage discharge planning, and resolve infractions. Ensure adherence to program policies by staff and clients. Oversee client selection for the Tompkins program and handle intake processes. Act as a liaison between the ND Department of Corrections and the ND Department of Human Services. Offer supervision and support within the unit as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
Preferred bachelor's degree with preference given to those with a degree in behavioral science, business, education or closely related field OR associate's degree in behavioral science or closely related field and two years of work experience in criminal justice or behavioral health.
