Reentry and Transitional Planning Lead

Summary of Work

Assist with all functions of the parole and pardon board when needed
Assist with Case Planning when needed
Participate in parole board staffings
Assist with strategic planning to include coordinating and facilitating meetings, monitoring progress of goals and actions, and supporting recommended actions
Assist with implementing the reentry study recommendations
Participate as a member of local reentry coalitions
Expand and build relationships with team members, service providers, community partners and other stakeholders to increase reentry support and opportunities
Liaison between facility case management and PPPS
Assist in developing and disseminating reentry specific training and materials
Data collection and reporting

Minimum Qualifications

Requires a bachelor's degree in behavioral health, criminal justice, or related field and at least five years of work experience in the criminal justice field. Strong networking, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills are essential. Preference will be given to applicants with broad corrections experience that includes facility, transitional or reentry, and community supervision.
