Marketing and Communications Specialist

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the NDIRF team as its Marketing and Communication Specialist to provide marketing and communication initiatives that effectively promote NDIRF's services and goals.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the development and implementation of strategic marketing and communication plans across departments
• Coordinate content and manage the organization’s digital presence, including website and social media
• Create and oversee publications, marketing materials, and internal/external communications
• Collaborate with external marketing vendors and manage brand consistency
• Support public relations initiatives including presentations, speeches, and events
• Conduct market research and evaluate communication effectiveness
• Provide support for NDIRF events and cross-departmental marketing efforts
• Assist with administrative reporting and communication strategy guidance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university with major course work in marketing, communications, or a related field: and
• Three to four years of increasingly responsible experience in the field of marketing and communications; or
• A combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Excellent work ethic and strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating independent judgment when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
