Forest Health - 2025 Seasonal Forestry Technician Description and Details
Duties :
- Address public and private tree health assistance requests statewide.
- Assist with insect trapping for emerald ash borer.
- Apply Forest Health sampling methods to accompany assistance visits.
- Conduct tree health surveys in communities statewide.
- Collect and manage data to assist long-term FH monitoring.
- Coordinate with Forest Health manager and full-time staff to provide field services for ongoing Forest Health initiatives statewide.
Work Schedule : 40 hours per week, April 1, 2025 through September 1, 2025 (start and end date are negotiable)
Advertised Pay : Starting at $21.00 / hour
Preferred Experience and Skills :
Required : Valid driver's license.
