Assistant Technical Production
This is a part-time or temporary non-benefitted position
Description and details:
Work as the assistant to the Technical Production Manager for NDSU concert facilities
Supervision (and instruction as needed) of students working in NDSU concert and/or theatre facilities.
Delegation of daily tasks in the concert facilities, maintenance of equipment, set up for events, running lights and sound for events, keeping supplies stocked, and duties as assigned.
Possible related technical work in theatre department
This is an 11-month, part-time position which reports to David Huber and Laura Johnson.
Hours may be flexible—and include nights and weekends.
Work Schedule:
19 hrs. per week—w flexible schedule based on the NDSU Performing Arts Schedule—this is an 11-month, part-time position
Advertised Pay:
$20.00 per hour
Minimum Qualifications:
2 yrs. experience in concert facilities or related work
Experience working with typical concert facility technology and tools—including basic office software.
Ability to work in a mutually collegial environment
