Position Information

Responsible for repair, maintenance and installation of plumbing and HVAC systems and equipment on the North Dakota State University campus. Responsibilities : Repair and maintenance of plumbing systems and equipment; Repair and maintain heating system piping and equipment; Installation of new plumbing and HVAC systems; Repair and maintain HVAC equipment.

Work Schedule : Monday-Friday 7 : 30AM-4 : 00PM with rotating 24 / 7 callback schedule.

Advertised Salary : $60,000 yr / DOE

Minimum Qualifications : High school diploma or GED; 3 years as a Journeyman Plumber; North Dakota Journeyman Plumbing License or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment; Ability to acquire City Licenses; Valid Driver's License; Strong written, interpersonal and oral communication skills; Ability to work well with others, as well as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications : Commercial Plumbing Experience
