POSITION: PT Physical Plant - Summer
LOCATION: Devils Lake, ND
WHO MAY BE CONSIDERED: Must be eligible to work in the United States. There is no sponsorship for this position.
TYPE OF APPOINTMENT: This is a part-time, non-benefitted, working up to 40 hours/week. Hours are 7:30am - 4:00pm
BACKGROUND CHECK: LRSC does require a successful background check for the selected candidate prior to beginning employment.
JOB SUMMARY: Main duties include grounds keeping services for the LRSC campus, including lawns, shrubbery, plant beds, parking lots and all other grounds. Operate and maintain lawn mowers and other groundskeeping equipment. Working with the Physical Plant Director and maintenance staff on other duties and minor maintenance on campus.
Additional duties may include providing cleaning services for the LRSC campus, like vacuuming, dusting, scrubbing, window cleaning, and all other general housekeeping duties. Painting and/or additional duties as required by the Physical Plant Director.
SALARY: $15.00 per hour
CLOSING: May 1, 2025
