What are the responsibilities and job description for the Skilled Care RN or LPN position at North Dakota Veterans' Home?
Summary of Work
You will be responsible for assessing and monitoring the health and well-being of our residents. This includes:
- Implementing care plans
- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with treatments
- Record patient health information and maintain accurate medical records
- Overseeing nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care
Shift Differentials: An additional $2 for PM, night, and weekend shifts.
Minimum Qualifications
- Active ND LPN or RN license
- CPR Certification
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Be a self-starter
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Experience in long term care preferred, but not required
