This entry level position requires daily hands on and face-to-face interactions with patients while effectively demonstrating the following:
- Willingness to learn established office protocols and implement properly with hands on training
- Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment
- Insurance Verification
- Managing patient portal
- Phone etiquette
- Scheduling multi-provider schedule
- Maintain proper office cleaning according to COVID protocols and basic office requirements
- Assisting patients on ancillary therapies with training provided
- Acting as a liaison between patients and doctors managing referrals
- Actively contributing to team goal setting and weekly team meetings
- Managing Social Media posts
- Assisting patients in treatment plan compliance
- Routing patients to treatment rooms
- Handling efficiency of office flow
- Documentation of daily treatment once performed
- Team player and contribution to overall office growth
- Willingness to cross-train on other office roles

- Maintain professional appearance
The following personal qualities are also required:
- Stable with long term plans to grow with company
- Child care available after 6:30pm Mon-Thur.
- Reliable transportation of your own (ride share not included)
- Possess a work ethic that you are proud of and plan on displaying on a daily basis
- Scrubs are required at all times
- Hours are as follows: Monday- Thursday 8:30a.m -7:00 p.m. Wednesday's (closed) Friday 8:30 – 2:30 p.m. Occasional Saturdays 8:30-12:00p.m Must be available to work ALL hours shown.
Salary is negotiable based off experience
