We are seeking a full-time, enthusiastic, and professional Client Service Representative to join our amazing team. As an integral part of our front desk staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for both clients and their pets. Your responsibilities will include:
- Warmly greeting and checking in clients
- Efficiently managing multi-line phones
- Scheduling and maintaining appointments
- Processing payments and transactions
- Keeping the front desk and reception area organized and presentable
- Ensuring exam rooms are stocked and prepared between patients
- Providing client education and serving as a liaison between clients and the medical team
This is a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude and be adaptable to changing situations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Docs, PDF, and other scheduling or communication platforms
- Familiarity with PiMS software (AviMark experience is a plus)
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Ability to problem-solve in a high-pressure environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure effective interactions with clients and team members
- High level of accountability, dependability, and punctuality
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand, and bend throughout the shift
- Capability to lift patients up to 50 lbs independently
- Prolonged use of computers and screens during work hours
- Frequent client interaction and verbal communication
- Ability to handle stressed or fearful patients gently and safely
