EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
High School Diploma or equivalent
High School Diplomas and college/university degrees must be obtained from an accredited program or university approved by the United States Department of Education and the Texas Education agency.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.
Registers students and administers initial placement assessment.
2.
Processes progress assessments.
3.
Inputs and maintains all student records in the Texas Education Agency System (TEAMS)
4.
Compiles and generates reports, tables, and data needed for TEAMS quarterly reports
5.
Provides support in the Adult Education Department with reception activities both in person and by phone.
6.
Assists Adult Education Specialist with inventories and replenishing of supplies at sites throughout the District.
7.
Distributes program information to general public and local contacts.
8.
Performs additional duties and accepts responsibilities as may be assigned
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- General office experience
- Valid Texas Driver’s License with driving record that meets the requirements of the District
