We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead our team in creating and maintaining exceptional outdoor spaces. Our work includes both base pay and prevailing wage projects, with prevailing wages determined by the specific rates set by individual towns and cities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee landscape maintenance projects, including lawn care, tree care, and garden installations.
- Lead and supervise a team of landscape workers, providing guidance and support to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
- Plan and execute landscaping designs, including building and irrigating systems as needed.
- Maintain equipment and tools used in landscaping operations to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
- Train new employees on best practices in landscape maintenance and safety protocols.
