Shifts: Mon - Fri 8am to 4pm. Full or part time. (Complete 8 hour shift for part time your choice of days.)
General Responsibilities:
- Interact with each individual to build rapport
- Plan and participate in activities
- Provide support with social and life skills
- Assist in maintaining a clean environment
- Complete daily documentation
- Assist individuals with hygiene or eating
- Transport Individuals in company van from home and to home
General Requirements:
- Willingness to submit to and pass a Utah background check and drug screen
- Aptitude to laugh
- Utah Drivers License
Paid training is provided
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
