These include hygiene tasks, skills development, community activities and personal interactions, among other opportunities. Employees are required to ensure safety and well-being of clients at all times, model appropriate behavior, follow client-specific behavior plans and supports, promote positive outcomes, provide supervision, complete all assigned program documentation accurately and punctually, and have a good judgement with the ability to handle crisis/emergency situations.

Qualifications
- Able to pass a Criminal Background Check and drug test
- Must provide a valid ID or Driver's License and Social Security card for background check
- 18 years of age or older
- Able and willing to lift over 50 pounds
- Flexible work schedule including at least one weekend shift
