What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR) position at North Florida Animal Hospital?
Our busy animal hospital is seeking a highly motivated Client Service Representative to join our team! This job is for those who love a fast-paced work environment and have a genuine love for customer service. Our CSR team is the face of our hospital and responsible for maintaining a positive, professional demeanor while multitasking patient check-ins, checkouts, invoicing,busy telephone system, checking faxes, emails, and greeting all clients with a smile. A qualified applicant will be a high school graduate (college preferred) and have a minimum of two years of customer service experience, experience in Microsoft Office Suite, and great communication skills. Veterinary knowledge is strongly preferred. This position does not involve direct animal care. Drug Test and Background Check required. Rotating shifts daily, including weekends, holidays. No phone calls or drop-ins, please.
