What are the responsibilities and job description for the FedEx Driver Helper position at North Florida Courier, Inc?
Job Description: A driver helper works with drivers to deliver products or equipment to customers and clients. Driver helpers are responsible for all tasks with the exception of driving, such as interacting with customers while delivering packages. This is a fast-paced, outdoor position that requires the ability to continually lift items and carry packages that can weigh as much as 150 pounds. Early starts and late finishes are common with this job, and people in this role often work weekends and holidays to cover busy periods. Applicants for this role should have good physical fitness, great customer service skills, and the ability to multitask and adhere to tight deadlines.

North Florida Courier is a last-mile delivery company for the Jacksonville area. We've been a part of Jacksonville's last-mile delivery team for over 12 years and continue to grow! Our company started as one route with one driver and has grown to 3 last-mile delivery teams and over 250 employees.

- Must be 18 or older
- Clean Criminal History/Background Check
- Must live in one of the following zip codes: 32224, 32246, 32250, 32266, 32256
- Must have your own transportation
- Must be avaliable to work Sunday through Friday or open availability
