Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Greets Clients on Service drive immediately when they arrive
- Obtains name and nature of business and directs Clients to the appropriate destination
- Diffuses Client concerns and directs to the appropriate member for assistance
- Directs Clients to lounge or refers Clients to appropriate personnel for vehicle status updates
- Place protective plastic on seat and paper mats on the floor of all incoming cars.
- Move cars on and off the Service Drive.
- Park vehicles in assigned area
- Understands and follows the greeter process
- Keep Service Drive clean and free of debris.
- Performs other duties as assigned answer phone calls
- Assist courtesy driver by dropping off and picking up Clients
- Maintains a neat work area
