You provide a proactive / customer focused attitude to provide superior service to our client base.
Responsibilities :
- Assist our customers with making reservations for Service Center appointments by telephone and online appointments
- Verify the date and time and coordinating Pick up and Delivery of their vehicles and / or a loaners while their vehicle is in for Service if requested
- Work closely with ASM to ensure the best Experience possible
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
- Answer phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Handle customer inquiries, issues, and feedback
