Job Summary
We are seeking someone with a solid survey background in Engineering Design Topography Surveys (site and road), Boundary Surveys, Construction Stakeout, and Utility Location to help get jobs done correctly, efficiently, and on schedule. An ideal candidate would make sound decisions quickly and be creative in solving problems. You must have a strong drive to do your part in producing a quality product/deliverable for the client. Duties/Responsibilities
- Take directions from superiors to help facilitate job progression and completion;
- Be able to communicate and ask questions related to scope of work and the best way to complete a job quickly and efficiently;
- Gather field data in an efficient manner and take direction from Survey Party Chief;
- Provide input and communicate to Party Chief the best way to collect data and ensure its accuracy;
- Must be able to use GPS, total station, and leveling equipment;
- Must have enough experience in most aspects of land surveying to perform duties with minimal supervision; and
- Should know how to perform a level bench run and keep good level notes.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Work full time outside;
- Must be healthy enough to withstand weather conditions; and
- Land surveying experience required.
- While not required, the following skills and knowledge are a plus:
o Surveyor in Training;
o Experience in mobile and aerial LiDAR missions;
o FAA Part 107 certification;
o Knowledge in utility location (line locator/GPR); and/or
o Know how to acquire static GPS raw measurements.
Requirements
- Have at least one (1) year experience in Land Surveying and Instrument Operation;
- Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record;
- Must pass drug test and adhere to drug-free workplace policy; and
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Salary : $15 - $24
