North Florida Retirement Village is seeking a detail-oriented and organized 3 to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for inputting and updating resident information and other data into our computer systems. This role is critical in maintaining accurate records and ensuring the smooth operation of our retirement village.
Key Responsibilities :
- Enter resident information, including personal and medical records, into our electronic databases
- Maintain and update resident files and records on a regular basis
- Monitor and review data for accuracy and completeness
- Identify and correct any errors or discrepancies found in data
- Adhere to all privacy and confidentiality policies and regulations
- Assist with generating reports and analyzing data as needed
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure accurate and complete data management
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and their families when retrieving or updating information
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Working Conditions :
This role primarily works in an office setting within our retirement village. The Data Entry Operator will be required to sit for extended periods of time and use a computer and other office equipment. This position may also involve occasional interaction with residents and their families.
