Position Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and organized File Clerk to join our team. This position will be responsible for managing and maintaining all of our resident and employee files both remotely and in-office. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, ability to work independently, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files for our residents and employees.
- Manage and update resident information in our database.
- Scan, upload, and label documents in a timely and accurate manner.
- Retrieve and file documents as needed.
- Respond to file retrieval requests in a timely manner.
- Monitor and ensure the security, confidentiality, and integrity of all files.
- Assist in periodic audits of files to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with team members regarding file organization and updates.
- Identify any concerns or issues related to file management and bring them to the attention of the appropriate team member.
- Ensure all filing and organization is in compliance with state and federal regulations.
