Pro-Sales Representative

Summary: Sells and merchandises North Florida Sales products to an established sales territory by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Reports to work by 7:00 am, Monday - Friday.  Schedule subject to change as needed.
  • Records inventory and sales information in Encompass at each account. 
  • Responsible for selling in and merchandising all displays.
  • Merchandises all accounts with paper point of sale (POS), i.e. base wrap, cooler statics, price strips, banners, etc.
  • Listens to and attempts to resolve customer complaints when possible and/or ensures customer satisfaction by informing immediate supervisor.
  • Follows a pre-established daily Route Sequence to ensure all customers receive proper service.
  • Calls upon all designated On/Off Premise accounts on a regular basis to obtain product order information.
  • Visits designated accounts on a regular basis and maintains quality relationships with accounts.
  • Keeps customers informed about pricing promotions, new products and merchandising opportunities.
  • Merchandises accounts to increase package or draught sales when servicing each account on a daily basis.
  • Rotates product in accounts daily based on an 8 week rotation schedule.
  • Enters all necessary information into Encompass to ensure proper delivery of ordered product.
  • Responsible for overall customer satisfaction and execution at customer level.
  • Monitors State of Florida “No Sale’ and “Cash Only” lists to ensure compliance.
  • Communicates daily, if needed, with Team Leaders, other sales representatives and Delivery Drivers to ensure proper and timely delivery of product.
  • Maintains NFS’ culture of dignity and respect and works as a productive member of a team.
  • Works in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
  • Adheres to all Anheuser-Busch and all State Beverage Laws.
  • Attends North Florida Sales meetings as required.
  • Adheres to all Anheuser-Busch policies.
  • Adheres to all State Beverage Laws.
  • Operates vehicle in a safe and courteous manner.
  • Wears only company provided clothing.
  • Checks mailbox daily for sale updates, customer call-ins, and other pertinent information.
  • Responsible for all equipment supplied to them by the company.
  • All other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience
High School diploma or general education degree (GED); and a minimum one- year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak and communicate well with customers. 

Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.

Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with several concrete variables in standardized situations.  Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or scheduled form.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Regular Florida Driver’s License and safe driving record.  Must maintain driving eligibility per NFS’ MVR guidelines.
