Responsibilities:
- Complete all necessary testing for OCT, anterior segment photography, Visual Field, and Fundus photography
- Upload test results and imaging data into patient charts
- Scan documents, prior authorizations, and other paperwork into patient charts
- Verify letters have been sent to doctors and resend if necessary
- Call labs when needed and perform recalls during downtime
- Interact with patients in a professional and respectful manner
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
