Duties
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the dining area in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards.
- Assist servers in carrying dishes and beverages to guests, maintaining a smooth flow of service.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure all orders are fulfilled correctly.
- Monitor the dining area for guest needs, proactively addressing any requests or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service areas, including clearing tables and resetting them for new guests.
- Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure the highest standards of hygiene are met.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive dining experience for all guests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
