What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender position at North Fork Table & Inn?
We are looking for enthusiastic Bartenders to join our team! The ideal candidate will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding guest's needs and expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
- Engage with guests and confidently talk about our food and drink menus.
- Assess guest preferences and make recommendations.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
- Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven working experience as a bartender.
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.
- Relevant training certificate (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe).
