Rate : $35.00 to $41.00 (depending on shift and experience)
Shifts : Full-Time, Part-Time, and Weekend Warrior available
3PM-11PM, Full-Time, Every Other Weekend
11PM-7AM, Part-Time, Every Other Weekend
7AM-7 : 30 PM, Weekend Warrior

Key Responsibilities :
Lead and Supervise : Oversee nursing staff, ensuring quality care delivery and compliance with state and federal regulations.
Direct Patient Care : Administer medications, treatments, and care plans, prioritizing the health and well-being of residents.
Collaborate : Work closely with the interdisciplinary team, residents, and families to create a personalized care experience.
Mentor and Train : Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, fostering professional growth and teamwork.
Monitor and Document : Maintain accurate records of resident care, treatments, and progress using our advanced documentation systems.
Problem-Solve : Address clinical issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring continuity of care and optimal outcomes.
Qualifications :
Licensure : Current and valid Registered Nurse license in NYS
Experience : Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role (preferred).
Skills : Strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage and inspire a team.
Passion : Commitment to improving the lives of residents in a skilled nursing and rehab setting.
