As a key part of our Parts Department , you’ll assist customers and service technicians in finding the right parts, processing orders, and maintaining inventory accuracy. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role with opportunities for growth and advancement. Responsibilities - Parts Counter Person :

Sell parts and accessories to meet or exceed monthly sales forecasts.

Assist customers and service technicians in locating and purchasing the correct parts.

Utilize phone and online resources to find the best prices and availability for parts.

Offer and coordinate delivery services for parts orders using a company parts truck.

Maintain an organized and visually appealing display of seasonal parts and accessories.

Manage and update files, reference materials, and paperwork at the parts counter.

Maintain an accurate customer backorder file and follow up on outstanding orders.

Keep the master parts catalog and pricing book up to date.

Process and file repair order copies accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications / Requirements - Parts Counter Person :

Previous experience preferred but not required! We provide training for the right candidate.

Must have a friendly, customer-focused personality with strong interpersonal skills.

Basic computer proficiency required.

Strong team player with flexibility and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Valid driver’s license required.
