Are you passionate about creating beautiful, well-maintained landscapes? Are you a natural leader who can inspire, follow directions, work independently and effectively? We're looking for a Lawn Maintenance Crew Member to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for working with lawn maintenance crews, ensuring high standards of work, and providing exceptional customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Team Leadership
- Strong work ethic, motivate, and work as a team effectively.
- Ensure everyone is aware of their own accountability.
- Display strong work ethics and punctuality.
2. Landscaping Expertise
- Utilize strong experience in various landscaping techniques, including mowing, pruning, planting, edging, mulching, and fertilization.
- Knowledgeable about different types of trees, shrubs, and perennials.
3. Equipment Proficiency
- Operate a variety of landscaping equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, power pruners, and more.
4. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Follow and implement SOPs and safety protocols among team members.
5. Communication Skills
- Interact effectively with clients, team members, superiors, and suppliers.
- Address and resolve issues that arise during landscaping projects.
6. Physical Stamina
- Perform demanding tasks outdoors.
- Adapt to changing weather conditions, project requirements, and client preferences.
7. Attention to Detail
- Maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality work and a well-maintained landscape.
8. Customer Service
- Cultivate a attitude and focus on providing exceptional customer service.
9. System Adherence
- Follow established directions and systems diligently.
