We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physicians Assistant willing to relocate, join our team of professionals. The ideal candidate will be comfortable treating a wide variety of ages, illnesses and conditions. The applicant should enjoy working with people through both good and bad health times in their lives. A successful candidate will have experience in both primary care and internal medicine and regularly provide geriatric care.
Responsibilities:
- Teach patients how to understand their health problems by giving them educational materials and guidance.
- Prescribe medications according to the latest scientific data.
- Monitor patient health and provide treatment when necessary.
- Make a preliminary diagnosis of the disease based on the patient history and physical examination.
- Order tests, administer medications, and perform procedures.
- Oversee clinical staff to ensure Quality Measure Benchmarks and Metrics are being meet with each patient.
- Complete all documentation and charting within 72 hours of office Visit.
- Work with and support management in the growth of the clinic and services offered.

Pay: $124,541.00 - $131,361.00 per year
