The College of Business and Entrepreneurship at North Greenville University is receiving applications for the position of Chair of Graduate and Online Business Programs beginning with the start of the 2025-26 Academic Year. This individual will also hold the rank of Associate or Full Professor in the appropriate business discipline. Candidates applying for this position should hold an earned doctorate from an accredited institution in one of the functional areas taught in the College of Business and Entrepreneurship. Excellent oral and written communication skills, problem solving skills, as well as demonstrated leadership, vision, and collaborative skills are necessary to assist in the successful operation of these programs and the college. Previous leadership experience with graduate and online business programs is preferred. The ability to integrate biblical faith in the teaching discipline is essential. The ideal candidate would work on the campus of North Greenville University, but candidates who would work remotely may also be considered.

Responsibilities
This position is a full-time, twelve-month position. The Chair of Graduate and Online Business Programs will report to an associate dean, who reports to the Dean of the College of Business and Entrepreneurship. Classes will primarily be taught online but may also be taught in person on the Tigerville campus.

- Serve on the leadership team for the College of Business and Entrepreneurship
- Assist the college leadership with strategic planning and continuous improvement
- Oversee the following degrees: The Master of Business Administration, the Master of Organizational Leadership, the Master of Human Resource Management, and the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration
- Develop departmental curricula, including course/program proposals and revisions
- Conduct periodic program review for departmental curricula
- Prepare annual Institutional Effectiveness reports for programs offered by the department
- Conduct an annual review of full-time faculty and adjunctive instructors in the department
- Participate in creating the course schedules for the College
- Assist with faculty searches and recruit quality adjunctive instructors
- Assist with the onboarding of new faculty
- Teach nine credit hours per semester
- Participate in faculty meetings and serve on university committees
- Develop professionally through reading, practice, scholarship, and formal instruction
- Be involved in service to the University, the profession, the community, and the Church
- Model genuine Christian faith in and beyond the workplace
- Intentionally and explicitly integrate the Christian faith with teaching and scholarship
- Perform other duties as assigned by the dean and associate dean.
