HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN? This is a W2 only project- No Third party companies or C2C please - This is a remote position The Business Analyst will serve as a support role for a Marketing Cloud Implementation for a large bank. Financial services or banking experience his preferred. The job responsibilities will include : Support the team in tracking tasks and key deliverables to ensure the project is delivered on time Take notes for all meetings and maintain meeting note library Put together leadership decks and presentations Assist with documentation and formalizing findings into decks / documentation across workstreams Assist with the gathering of new requirements and findings into existing team document repository Assist with use cases and agendas as needed Q3 and Q4 - assist with the translation of acceptance criteria into test scripts for End2End testing. The Technical teams will complete QA (QA teams) but we need to make sure the test scripts are valid, easy to follow and truly reflect acceptance criteria Support rollout including creating user guides and training materials based on solution documentation and assist with training IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE : Project management experience Strong PowerPoint skills required Agile experience preferred Knowledge of Salesforce CRM or Marketing Cloud preferred TRANSFORMING CLIENTS.
