HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN
Instructional Designers needed to prepare the organization for the Workday implementation and all Workday enabled transformation to continue critical business operations on the new cloud ERP system.
YOU WILL :
Responsibilities may include :
- Needs analysis : Identifying training needs and gaps within an organization by conducting surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations to determine learning objectives.
- Curriculum development : Designing comprehensive course structures, including learning objectives, content outlines, assessments, and delivery methods based on identified needs.
- Subject matter expertise collaboration : Working closely with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of course content.
- Content creation : Developing engaging learning materials such as presentations, eLearning modules, videos, simulations, and interactive activities using authoring tools.
- Instructional design model application : Utilizing established instructional design models like ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate) to guide the course development process.
- Visual design and usability : Ensuring the visual appeal and user-friendliness of learning materials to enhance learner engagement.
- Implementation and delivery : Deploying learning materials on appropriate platforms (LMS) and providing support to learners during the training process.
- Evaluation and revision : Gathering feedback from learners and stakeholders to continuously improve course content and delivery methods.
