North Highland is seeking to hire a Master Practitioner to help our Child Welfare state agency clients solve their needs and meet state and federal requirements.
You Will
- Guide teams in the development of impactful deliverables for multiple work streams that create long-term change for some of the world’s most exciting brands.
- Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders that support ongoing projects and open the door to growth opportunities.
- Identify the complex problems facing our clients and build plans that creatively address their challenges.
- Put your team’s best ideas into action through planning and management; uncover gaps and omissions that may exist in a plan or deliverables.
- Shape the firm’s future by identifying opportunities to grow new and existing accounts.
- Play a central role in your team’s growth through coaching and constructive review of ongoing engagements
- 10 years of management consulting, advisory, professional services, and/or Big 4 consulting experience, focused on enhancing the effectiveness of state child welfare services, business processes, and supporting systems.
- Strong understanding of child welfare laws and regulations related to child protection, foster care, adoption, etc.
- Experience assessing and providing expert advice on child welfare policies and practices.
- Proven knowledge of child welfare program, technology, and overall market trends.
- Experience with child welfare information technology, including CCWIS planning, procurement, implementation (full CCWIS project lifecycle).
- Experience designing and executing approaches to address complex child welfare program and technology challenges, including strong analytical skills and experience developing / writing reports and other deliverables.
- Experience with business case, feasibility study, and/or advance planning document development.
- Experience with developing state HHS agency procurements including requirements development, market scans, supporting the end-to-end state procurement process.
- Demonstrated deep knowledge of project management processes, practices, and tools, and the ability to establish credibility with clients, create value, and deliver desired business outcomes at scale through its practice.
- The ability to galvanize client stakeholders and teammates into action for a common goal through collaboration, building consensus, and authentically establishing credibility.
- Experience developing consulting proposals that successfully drive clients to choose a business solution.
- A demonstrated track record of leading large, complex consulting engagements, with roles that involve building and fostering relationships with senior-level client executives.
- Demonstrated success managing teams while fostering high performance.
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university. A master’s degree and/or relevant professional certifications preferred.
