HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?

Engaging an entrepreneurial mindset, our Program Manager will establish positive client relationships to uncover new opportunities for account growth and impact. Using creative ingenuity and proven ability, we will find or design simple solutions to complex challenges that help clients achieve their desired goals for projects of all sizes and levels of complexity.

You Will

  • Use expertise to lead delivery across complex engagements, maximize delivery impact, transform the client’s thinking, and influence their decision making.
  • Own all aspects of delivery and client relationship building; focus on delivery excellence and creating lasting change for clients.
  • Dive deep into the challenges facing clients and think big to develop creative solutions to their toughest problems.
  • Develop trusted relationships with client executive teams and industry organizations that result in new business opportunities
  • Contribute to the future of the firm by leading internal initiatives to build its capability and expertise.
  • Develop the firm’s long-term sales strategy to position and market its expertise with current and target accounts.
  • Be known as a recognized thought leader.

Ideally, We’d Like

  • Experience - Has 15 years of IT and business industry, or consulting, work experience, with leadership experience in managing multiple cross-functional teams or projects and influencing senior level management and key stakeholders. A demonstrable history of influencing others through consensus building in a cross functional / matrix environment.
  • Ideally leading enterprise-wide programs within a retail or CPG environment.
  • The ability to travel to fulfill client requirements and project needs, and for personal development.
  • Experience running engagements, managing teams, and driving desired business outcomes throughout delivery, as well as the ability to pinpoint gaps and omissions.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, including an excellent ability to uncover new opportunities for account growth and impact.
  • An ability to authentically establish credibility, build consensus, and activate collaboration with clients and teammates.
  • A demonstrated track record of successfully leading large, complex consulting engagements, including roles that involved managing and interfacing with senior-level client executives.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with professional staff, senior level executives, and the community at large.
  • Creative ingenuity and a proven ability to find or design simple solutions to complex challenges.
  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university. A master’s degree and/or applicable professional certifications are bonuses.
