North Hills Country Club in Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking motivated individuals to join our Grounds Crew. As part of our team, you'll play a key role in maintaining the high-quality conditions of our private 18-hole golf course.
Responsibilities:
- Daily course maintenance including mowing, raking bunkers, and course setup
- Operating equipment such as mowers, utility vehicles, and small hand tools
- Assisting with landscaping, irrigation, and other projects as needed
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays (golf course hours)
- Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- No experience necessary - we will train the right candidate
