Duties
- Greeting clients and their pets warmly and professionaly upon arrival.
- Checking in/checking out clients and updating patient information.
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Manage appointment scheduling and record management.
- Maintaining cleanliness and an organized front desk area.
- Handling client inquiries and concerns.
- Processing payments and handling invoices.
- Sending appointment reminders and follow-up calls.
- Maintaining accurate client and patient records.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Strong customer service orientation.
