North Hollywood Toyota (TNH) is seeking for a BDC Representative to enhance our current BDC department's growth. We are seeking for a detail oriented multitask and energetic candidate to join our team. TNH offers a position work environment and encourages internal promotions.
Pay Range
19.00 Hourly. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure when applicable.
What you'll do as an BDC Representative?
- Contact all assigned active prospects daily to help customers in their vehicle search and set up appointments for prospective customers.
- Build relationships with existing and prospective customers through consistent follow-up, reliable communication, and frequent updates on product developments.
- Follow the Internet Department process for minimum standards of contacting.
- Use CRM effectively.
- Communicate effectively with customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication (phone, e-mail, text, or in-person)
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle.
- Strive to maintain a high level of "shown to appointment" ratio.
- Check emails frequently and respond to inquiries immediately.
- Be knowledgeable of current factory or dealership promotions and advertising.
- Know and understand the Federal, State, and Local laws which govern retail automobile sales.
- Keep up to date with new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers.

BONUS :
The Bonus will be paid on appointments generated by the BDC Representative as follows :
10 per appointment for customers that come into the dealership.
Appointments must be set up and generated by the BDC representative, appointments that are already set up or have already been contacted by another BDC representative will not be paid to the BDC representative as a shown appointment.
All appointments are subject to review and will be paid at management discretion.
30 per appointment for customers that purchase a vehicle.
All appointments are subject to review and will be paid at management discretion.
EXCLUDES :
