Annual Salary $68,640 plus Commission.

Commission Calculation: The Commission calculation will be based on Toyota of North Hollywood (“Dealership”) monthly Financial Statement. The Commission is payable on the payroll period ending on the 15th of the month following the month in which commissions are earned.

New Car Sales:

 The Commission rate shall be paid at .50 %, refer to the table below for commission calculation detail.

For example:

  • Commission based on a Financial Statement for the month of December 2022, less the Draw (defined below) is payable in the pay period ending on January 15, The below example assumes a Commission rate of 0.50%:

Draw:

 A draw against Commission in the amount of $3,000.00, will be paid by the 5th day of each month. North Hollywood Toyota will not pay any additional draws or advances against Commission.

 

 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process.
  • Work directly with banks and sales staff to ensure auto financing for our customers
  • Be able to maintain a CIT of under 72 Hours.
  • Build rapport with customers to establish a customer network
  • Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
  • Help manage all other aspects of the sales department
  • Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 years of dealership Desking and Finance experience is required. Internet Sales Manager experience is acceptable.
  • Prior automotive sales management experience is a plus.
  • A team player focused on providing exemplary customer service.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of computers
  • Ability to be analytical, problem solve.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Possess a valid in-state driver's license.
  • Pass a motor vehicle report and possess an acceptable safe driving record.
  • Pass a 7-year criminal background check and drug screen.
