Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage residential remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and client expectations.

Supervise and coordinate the efforts of the project team, including carpenters, subcontractors, and laborers, ensuring seamless collaboration.

Conduct site inspections and walk-throughs to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with building codes and project specifications.

Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure proper execution of work.

Maintain effective communication with clients, vendors, and team members, providing regular progress updates and addressing any concerns.

Ensure that all work meets or exceeds industry standards, local building codes, and safety regulations.

Resolve any issues or challenges that arise on-site, ensuring minimal impact on the project schedule.

Manage job site safety, including conducting safety meetings and

ensuring all safety protocols are followed.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Ssuperintendent in residential remodeling or construction management.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and delegate tasks effectively.

In-depth knowledge of construction methods, building codes, safety standards, and best practices.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, team members, and subcontractors.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site.

Experience with custom fabrication or high-end home renovations is a

plus.

What We Offer

Competitive salary of $60,000 - 75,000 annually, based on experience.
