North Homes Children and Family Services is hiring a Mental Health Clinical Trainee to provide therapy and mental health support in the White Bear Lake Elementary Schools. You’ll work directly with students, families, and school staff to support mental health in an educational setting.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy in schools
- Conduct mental health evaluations & guide treatment planning
- Support CTSS programming and staff consultation
- Collaborate with school and clinical teams
- Participate in weekly clinical supervision
- Maintain clear documentation for compliance and billing
Requirements
What You Bring:
- Actively pursuing licensure as a Mental Health Professional (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP)
- Must be 21 with a valid MN Driver’s License
- Committed to ethical, client-centered care
