Summer Program Aide – Make a Difference This Summer!

Schedule: Temporary Summer Position
Looking for a summer job that’s more than just a paycheck? Join us as a Summer Program Aide and help create a safe, supportive, and fun environment for youth participating in our summer mental health program!
This is your chance to make a real impact while gaining valuable experience in mental health services, education, and youth development. Under the guidance of a dedicated mental health practitioner, you’ll play an important role in supporting youth through therapeutic activities, community outings, and meaningful connections.
Pay & Perks:

What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting Youth:
- Build positive relationships and be a trusted presence for clients throughout the day
- Supervise activities, field trips, and daily routines to help ensure safety and engagement
- Assist in implementing personalized mental health plans in a supportive, respectful way
Keeping Things Safe & Clean:
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
- Encourage youth to take pride in their space and practice good habits
- Follow safety guidelines and report any concerns
Being a Team Player:
- Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
- Keep accurate records and documentation
- Participate in group activities and foster a positive, therapeutic vibe

Requirements
Who We’re Looking For:
- You’re at least 18 years old with a valid Minnesota Driver’s License
- You’re non-judgmental, open-minded, and respectful of all backgrounds
