Our Programs:
Winnie’s Sisu House (Bemidji Location)
- Focus: Therapeutic transitional living for adolescent girls who have been sexually exploited and/or trafficked.
- Ages: 16-21 years
- Approach: Client-centered and trauma-informed care to help residents build self-sufficiency and independent living skills.
Hawkins Home - Girls Transitional Programming (Bemidji Location)
- Focus: Transitional living for young women focusing on skill-building for a successful transition into adulthood.
- Ages: 16-21 years
- Approach: Supportive and structured living with individualized programming based on client-identified goals.

Requirements
Candidates must be responsible, mature, self-motivated individuals who posses a desire to work with at-risk youth, good verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to set firm limits.
Qualifications: must be 21 years of age, have a valid Minnesota driver's license, and have a high-school diploma or GED. Post-secondary education in the Human Service / Law Enforcement fields or equivalent experience is desirable but not mandatory.
