Starting Pay: $19.23 per hour
Shift Differentials: $1.50/hr for afternoon shifts, $1.00/hr for midnight and weekend shifts

- Supervise and Support Residents: Ensure a safe, healthy, and supportive environment for individuals in your unit.
- Provide Guidance and Care: Address the emotional, psychological, physical, and spiritual needs of residents.

- Intensive Residential Treatment: A structured 90-day program for youth requiring more intensive support.
- Residential Treatment Cottage: Therapeutic living for adolescents with Serious Emotional Disabilities (SED), focusing on strength-based programming and family collaboration.

Requirements
Candidates must be responsible, mature, self-motivated individuals who posses a desire to work with at-risk youth, good verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to set firm limits.
Qualifications: must be 21 years of age, have a valid Minnesota driver's license, and have a high-school diploma or GED. Post-secondary education in the Human Service / Law Enforcement fields or equivalent experience is desirable but not mandatory.
