Sign-On Bonus : $5,000
Starting Pay : $18.27-$22.12 per hour
Shift Differentials : $1.50 / hr for afternoon shifts, $1.00 / hr for midnight and weekend shifts

Requirements
Candidates must be responsible, mature, self-motivated individuals who posses a desire to work with at-risk youth, good verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to set firm limits.
Qualifications : must be 21 years of age, have a valid Minnesota driver's license, and have a high-school diploma or GED. Post-secondary education in the Human Service / Law Enforcement fields or equivalent experience is desirable but not mandatory.
